German Speaking Cruise Reservations Coordinator We are recruiting on behalf of a world-class travel business that is looking for German-speaking Reservations Coordinators to join their growing team. This is an office based opportunity with a company that truly looks after its people. Acting as the first point of contact for customers in both German and English - handling enquiries from direct guests and trade agents. Using your excellent service and sales skills to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. Working towards achievable sales targets and enjoying commission rewards on top of your salary. Building rapport with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service at every stage of their booking journey. What experience do I need? You must be fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Customer service or sales experience is essential, ideally within the travel industry where you have sold holidays or cruises but full training is given. Experience in a call centre or target-driven environment would be an advantage. What else do I need to know? This is a hybrid role in their amazing offices in Southampton. Full-time shifts will fall between 08:30am - 7:00pm, with some weekend working on a rota basis. Salary is £25k, with OTE of around £26,000 - £32,000 depending on performance.
