Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Medication administration
* Supporting residents in daily activities, hobbies, and outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and respectful relationships with residents
* Maintaining accurate daily records
* Completing required training
Personal Attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Hurst House in Swindon is a large, detached home supporting up to 10 residents with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Residents participate in arts, music, walks, and social events, with easy access to public transport and a dedicated vehicle for community outings.
