About the Customer Service Advisor Role:
You’ll be joining a busy customer service team where no two days are the same. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries by phone and email
* Process customer orders quickly and accurately
* Handle complaints and issues with professionalism and care
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates
* Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and team targets
* Support data entry tasks including updating weekly stock sheets
