The Role
As a Commis Chef, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen brigade, assisting in all areas to prepare and deliver our award-winning dishes. You'll be involved in:
* Preparing and cooking a range of ingredients under the guidance of our senior chefs.
* Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Learning and mastering new techniques in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Supporting the team to ensure every service runs smoothly.
