PURPOSE

Join the team that designs and delivers AI-powered agents and applications to transform how employees interact with SITA systems. As a Graduate AI Integration Engineer, youll learn to integrate Copilot Studio, large language models (LLMs), and automation into enterprise workflows, working alongside senior engineers and product owners in an agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have the opportunity to work on some, or all, of the following:

1. Develop and integrate AI agents using Copilot Studio and related frameworks for employee-facing apps.

2. Assist with prompt engineering and model tuning for enterprise use cases (HR queries, IT support, knowledge retrieval).

3. Build connectors and pipelines to integrate AI services with existing platforms (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, HRIS).

4. Support testing and deployment of AI features, ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards.

5. Collaborate with UX and product teams to design intuitive experiences powered by AI.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

6. Must have a degree or working towards a degree at Hons level in (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
7. Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred); exposure to AI/ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain) is a plus. Must obtain your degree by September 2025.
8. Strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

10. Comfortable working in agile teams and documenting solutions
11. Must have less than 12 months post graduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience.
12. Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without the need for a work permit / sponsorship.
