Amazon Studios Global Research Operations is hiring a Research Operations Manager, EU, to support our consumer insights initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
* Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages.
* Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers globally to support translation tasks and processes.
* Develop a deep understanding of research needs and create impactful testing strategies.
* Drive customer engagement and retention policies to ensure customer obsession.
About the team
The Amazon Studios Global Research Operations team:
* Develops secure, online survey testing strategies across 14 international panels.
* Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to maintain high response rates.
* Creates customer-obsessed solutions for testing strategies.
* Develops visual reporting tools for cross-team stakeholders.
* Collaborates across teams to analyze customer data.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
* Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
* Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
