Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Academy Goalkeeper Coach at Morecambe Football Club, located in Morecambe. The Academy Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for coaching and training young goalkeepers, developing training sessions, and providing feedback and assessments. The role involves observing and scouting potential goalkeeper talent, and using effective communication to collaborate with players, other coaches, and staff.
Qualifications
* Football Coaching and Soccer Coaching skills
* Experience in Scouting and Training
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with players, other coaches, and staff
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Previous experience in working with youth teams is desirable
* Relevant coaching certifications and licenses
