Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced MIG and TIG Fabricator Welder in Luton to join a small and well-established engineering company. This position begins on a temporary basis, with the potential to become an ongoing role for the right candidate.
Location: Luton
Salary: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Type: Temporary, with potential for ongoing work

Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
2. Fabricate components accurately using workshop tools and equipment.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets engineering standards.
5. Contribute effectively within a small, hands-on engineering team.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding.
7. Ability to work independently and deliver quality work from day one.
8. Strong fabrication skills and good attention to detail.
9. Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
