Job Description
The Financial Services Account Manager at Bradley Stoke legal firm will primarily handle telephone-based client interactions, virtual presentations, and webinars, mainly from the office in Bradley Stoke. The role requires building a good understanding of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and effectively explaining these products and related technology to support introducers and their clients.
Experience & Attributes
* Financial services related experience
* Confidence in speaking to introducers over the phone and via video
* Motivated, resilient, enthusiastic, with a proven sales and account management track record
* Effective communication and organizational skills
* Experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of the IFA or mortgage advisor industry contacts
* Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, discretion, teamwork, and IT skills
Package
* Salary: £24-£32k depending on experience
* Pension
* 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with key introducers to promote the company and generate client referrals
* Use telephone and webinars to promote the company's offerings
* Communicate industry developments to distributors
* Update product and market knowledge continually
* Maintain the sales database
* Support the sales team and identify opportunities within the dormant introducer database
