The Role
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a German speaking Junior Account Manager to join us. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.
* Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
* Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
* Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
* Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.
Key skills for success in the role
* Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
* Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email.
* Comfortable in Microsoft excel.
* Customer focused mindset.
* Fluent in German and English

Salary range: £30,000 - £32,000 + up to £7k performance bonus
