Public Enquiry Support – Ammanford Police Station
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Public Enquiry Support in Ammanford Police Station.
What you will be doing
* Deal with enquiries from members of the public and police officers/staff in person
* Answer and action non‑emergency (101) calls in a timely manner, even during exceptional demand
* Provide advice and guidance to customers, signing them up to other agencies for non‑police matters
