As part of a growth-driven transformation, they’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a maternity cover role – someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and strategic brand delivery.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a range of high-impact digital marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media and content strategy – ensuring the brand remains visible, relevant, and conversion-focused in a highly competitive B2B market.
The Digital Marketing Manager will…
– Shape and execute digital strategies across SEO/SEM, social, display and email
– Optimise customer journeys through data-led insights and funnel conversion mapping
– Partner with business leaders to amplify flagship campaigns and events
– Own lead-generation activity across web content, portals, CRM and automation tools
– Collaborate with PR, Research and Communications teams to produce rich, integrated content
The Digital Marketing Manager will bring…
– Proven success in B2B digital marketing, ideally within real estate or professional services
– Strong command of SEO, paid social, campaign reporting and analytics
– Working knowledge of CRM platforms (MS Dynamics preferred)
– Confidence in cross-functional stakeholder engagement and giving strategic input
– A proactive, analytical mindset with resilience and the ability to simplify complexity
