A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
* Lead the front desk team with a friendly, proactive approach, making every guest feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive.
* Ensure smooth front desk operations, managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to front desk agents to maintain high standards and a positive environment.
* Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and challenges confidently, turning interactions into positive experiences.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room availability and guest satisfaction.
* Oversee reservations, check-ins, and billing accuracy, maintaining error-free guest accounts.
* Assist with shift planning and scheduling to ensure the front desk is well-prepared.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area, setting the tone for a memorable guest experience.
What We Need From You
* Experience in front desk or guest services, with some leadership skills preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills and a natural problem-solving ability, especially during busy periods.
* Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with reservations and billing.
* Team-oriented and collaborative, fostering a positive environment for colleagues and guests.
* Decisive and confident, able to handle fast-paced situations.
* Energetic and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, guest-facing role.
