Hours
Monday to Friday PURPOSE
The role of the Aftersales Administrator is to:
è Be responsible for all administrative aspects of the aftersales department, in accordance with company and franchise processes and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Support Aftersales dept in all aspects of invoicing.
è Submitting claims accurately to MAN UK.
è Carry out self-audits on all completed job packs to ensure manufacturer compliance.
è Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
è Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers
è Input costs on customers own portals .
è Carry out basic office duties and housekeeping.
è Assist front of house as and when required.
è Raise job packs in accordance with job requirement and audit standards.
è Customer service, face to face and handling phone enquiries.
