Contract Details
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 10 PM)

Your Main Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional welcome to residents and guests.
* Ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
* Create positive and lasting relationships with residents and clients.
* Assist residents with package and mail deliveries to apartments.
* Enhance customer engagement in all areas.
* Act on residents’ requests and anticipate their needs.
* Maintain high standards to consistently exceed customer expectations.
The Ideal Candidate Will

* Be computer literate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Ideally, possess previous customer service experience in a five-star hotel, corporate, or luxury residential setting.
