About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst / Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through financial analysis and market research. This role involves evaluating financial performance, conducting industry research, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic planning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
* Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities and risks
* Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
* Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
* Monitor key financial indicators and support budgeting and planning processes
* Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases
* Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation of analysis and research findings
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
* 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, research, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation techniques
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or progress toward certification
* Familiarity with financial modeling tools and data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
* Knowledge of statistical or analytical tools (Python, R, or similar)
