Job Title: Mulesoft Tech Lead Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid 1 day at office) Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 Months Job Summary: Join our team as a Mulesoft Tech Lead and take ownership of end-to-end integration projects using MuleSoft technologies. You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions, while providing technical guidance and leadership to the integration team. Key Responsibilities: Lead MuleSoft integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Architect and design enterprise-level integration solutions, defining API-led connectivity, patterns, and specifications. Develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft applications, APIs, and connectors using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and various connectors. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, working with QA teams for testing and validation. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring of MuleSoft applications. Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: 8 years of relevant MuleSoft Lead experience and 12-15 years overall experience in IT integration projects. Proven expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (including Anypoint Studio, Flow Design, and API Manager). Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration patterns (REST, SOAP). Experience with integration components and concepts like DataWeave, CloudHub, and Runtime Fabric. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical leadership. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and a collaborative team player.
