Responsibilities
* Defining program goals, scope, and requirements with Product Management and cross‑functional teams.
* Leading engineering execution and serving as the primary technical contact for stakeholders.
* Driving Product Development Process activities, ensuring documentation and gate reviews are completed.
* Managing engineering hours, planning tasks, and supporting issue resolution.
* Conducting feasibility studies, developing conceptual designs, and assessing development risks.
* Creating technical scope, system requirements, test plans, and quality documentation.
* Owning system design activities including FMEA, HAZOP, FEA, and technical qualification.
* Planning and executing verification and validation to meet design and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in product or program development within power, industrial, or automation sectors.
* Experience working in manufacturing and delivering capital equipment projects.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in engineering analysis tools and relevant software.
* Ability to lead complex development programs in technical environments.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
* Experience collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.
