Fast Fit Technician – Ripley
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Working Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a fast-growing national automotive business, is looking to recruit a Fast Fit Technician to join their busy workshop team in Ripley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with experience in tyres, brakes, servicing, and general mechanical repairs to join a company that offers excellent training, development, and long-term career progression.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Fast Fit Technician:
14. Carry out tyre fitting and tyre repairs to a high standard
15. Complete brake, exhaust, and suspension repairs
16. Undertake basic servicing and maintenance work
17. Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements
18. Complete all job documentation accurately and in line with company procedures
19. Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in a clean and presentable condition
20. Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times
21. Support the workshop team in delivering industry-leading service standards
What Our Client Expects from Their Fast Fit Technicians:
22. NVQ Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent Automotive qualification
23. Experience carrying out fast fit repairs including tyres, brakes, exhausts, and servicing
24. Good mechanical knowledge across a range of vehicle makes and models
25. Strong customer service skills
26. High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
27. Full UK Driving Licence
28. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
