Meraki Talent are working with a global investment bank who are looking to appoint a dynamic, solutions-focused lawyer to join a high-performing Commercial, Innovation & Technology legal team. You’ll advise on cutting-edge technology, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters, helping the business innovate while managing legal and reputational risk.Key responsibilities
* Advise on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, cloud, software, outsourcing, data licensing)
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
* Provide strategic legal guidance on risk, compliance, and regulatory matters
* Partner with procurement, technology, and business teams
* Support legal strategy, policy development, and training initiatives
About you:
* Qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience (in-house and/or private practice)
* Strong experience in commercial and technology law
* Confident managing legal risk and advising stakeholders
* Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently
