The Senior Architectural Technologist Role:
An established and respected developer in the Leeds area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their in-house design team. This company is known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects and is continuing to expand with a strong pipeline of future work.
The role will focus on the technical design and detailing of new developments, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and site staff to ensure that designs are practical, fully compliant and delivered to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to take ownership of projects from early design stages through to construction.
To be considered for the Senior Architectural Technologist position:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or architectural sector.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing.
In-depth knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and associated standards.
Architectural technology or related degree (or equivalent qualification).
Ability to manage multiple projects, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
