Not only will you be looking at the existing equipment and processes you will have a key role in reinventing or introducing the new ones. Advanced automation is the future, so you will need to be self-driven and largely autonomous to create, find and implement new technology. While their primary focus is Advanced Composite Machining, prior composite experience is not a prerequisite—on the job training will be provided to the right candidate.
