We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking a Junior Associate to join their Adult Brain Injury team within their London office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly reputable Personal Injury & Medical Negligence practice, working on a range of complex brain injury claims arising from clinical negligence or personal injury. The candidate will support adult brain injury survivors and their families in bringing forth civil compensation claims and litigation.
Through litigation, the candidate will help candidates through sensitive brain injury issues and secure compensation. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives, including commitments to charity partnerships.
Essential Criteria:
* NQ-2 PQE;
* Strong background in multi-track catastrophic personal injury and/or clinical negligence cases for clients. Previous experience in brain injury claims highly advantageous;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
