A wider role that also sees you dealing with the clients and social and community elements of the site.And importantly, a top package thatll stretch up to Contracts Manager levels of dollar for the right person. This iconic project has been years in planning and is now ready to go.Ideally, youd have worked on similar projects i.e. multi-phased developments that consist of apartments and houses and ideally with different methods of construction (steel frame, traditional build, reinforced concrete). Youll have come from a contractor background (think Seddon, Vistry, Lovell etc) but that doesnt mean youll be solely working with people with a similar background this company welcomes all sorts of personnel with a good, strong residential skillset.
