Product Manager - (B2B SaaS, Data & AI)
My Practice Cloud (MPC) is a profitable B2B SaaS platform used by dental practices and groups across the UK and internationally to understand how their business is performing. We have strong foundations, thousands of customers, and years of data.
We’ve historically focused on reporting and analytics. Now we’re shifting towards AI-driven features that help practices understand what’s happening and what to do next. This is a genuine inflection point - you'll help define how we use our data to move from reporting into decision-making for our customers.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us make that transition and shape the future of the product.
The Role
You’ll own key areas of the product from day one.
You’ll play a central role in deciding what we build, what we don’t, and why. You’ll work directly with the CEO, COO, CTO and engineers to turn a large, complex backlog into a clear, focused plan and ship features that actually get used.
This is a hands-on role. You’re not here to manage process. You’re here to build, prioritise, and improve how we work.
The Problems You’ll Own
* A large backlog with competing demands from customers, sales and leadership
* Customers relying on reports but not always acting on the insights
* Release speed that can be improved through better processes and automation
* A product evolving from reporting into AI-driven workflows
* Untapped data that could drive benchmarking, predictions and recommendations
What You’ll Do
* Bring clarity and focus to what we build, cutting through competing priorities
* Decide what gets built and what doesn’t, based on real impact
* Ship features that customers actually use and act on
* Work closely with engineers to deliver quickly and pragmatically
* Improve how we work as a team — faster releases, fewer bottlenecks
* Raise the bar on product quality and testing, including moving towards more automated QA
* Help move the product from dashboards to action-driven workflows
* Shape how we use AI in a practical, valuable way
Why This Role Is Interesting
* You’ll help move an established product into its next phase, from reporting to AI-driven decision-making
* You’ll have real ownership — not just writing specs, but helping decide what gets built
* You’ll work directly with senior leadership, with no layers or slow decision-making
* You’ll improve how a product team actually operates, not just manage within it
* You’ll be working with real data and real customers, not hypothetical problems
What We’re Looking For
* You’ve shipped products that people rely on
* You’re strong on prioritisation and comfortable making trade-offs
* You can bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems
* You work well with engineers and understand technical constraints
* You take initiative and improve how teams work, not just operate within them
* You’re comfortable using modern tools and AI to move faster
* You can apply AI in a practical way to solve real user problems, not just add surface-level features
This isn’t a junior role. We’re looking for someone who has real experience delivering product that users rely on, and who sees this as an opportunity to step into a role with significant ownership.
What We Offer
* £70,000 – £90,000 depending on experience
* Fully remote (UK-based)
* Real ownership of the product and roadmap
* A small team where you can move quickly and have an impact
