Job Description: Night Social Care Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Night Social Care Worker to join our team at Woodlands, a supportive residential home in the New Forest. Your role will involve providing compassionate care to residents with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding.
2. Administering medication as prescribed.
3. Supporting residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings.
4. Following care plans and company policies.
5. Building honest and respectful relationships with residents.
6. Maintaining accurate daily records.
7. Completing required training, including Learning Academy qualifications for all staff.
