We’re looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work with young people in Dorking, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.
What You’ll Do:
* Support students 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist with behaviour and emotional regulation
* Help deliver targeted interventions
* Work closely with teachers and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
* Interest in youth work or intervention roles
* Patient, empathetic, and a good communicator
* Experience with young people (preferred but not essential)
* Relevant qualifications (desirable)
