What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key part in keeping the Purchase Ledger running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
* Working through the query management system to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Reviewing contracts on the system to ensure accurate invoicing.
* Chasing goods receipting to confirm deliveries.
* Checking and requesting PODs.
* Contacting suppliers regarding outstanding credits.
* Collaborating with service centres to resolve queries efficiently.
* Providing hands‑on support to the Purchase Ledger team with day‑to‑day issues.
