Property Litigation Solicitor, 2:5 Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP 55,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for a driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:3488.
The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload of property litigation matters and work closely with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation teams.
* Your caseload will include landlord and tenant matters for both residential and commercial clients, boundary disputes and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and general commercial litigation matters.
* Playing an active role in business development and strengthening the firm's reputation.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2:5 Years PQE.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
* Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
* Advocacy experience would be advantageous.
