As our Assistant Land Manager, you will support the identification, assessment, and acquisition of residential development opportunities across the Merseyside, Cheshire West and the Lancashire area. o Educated to degree level (or working towards) in a relevant discipline such as Real Estate, Planning, Surveying, or similar
o Strong analytical and numerical skills

o Full UK driving licence
o Previous experience either from a Land Agency or Developer background
o Ability to identify viable land development opportunities both on and off market for delivery in the short to medium term
o Build a short- and medium-term pipeline landbank based on strong margin and advantageous deal structure and cashflows
o Maintain and expand the Division's key contact base, e.g. land agents, landowners, local authorities
o Technical ability and good understanding of the planning process
o Some experience in housebuilding, property, planning, surveying, or a related field (graduate or trainee experience welcomed)
