The brands include Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson Footwear, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty and Wolverine. The team is focused on delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
* Maintaining store standards both front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
* Cash management and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
* Passion for the brands and brand lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive and professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
