Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is looking for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse) to work within its 0‑19 Healthy Child Programme.
We have vacancies in the North and South localities, and successful applicants will be based in whichever location offers the best fit.
Key responsibilities
 * Promote good health and prevent ill health in young people, families and communities.
 * Raise awareness of and identify unmet health needs.
 * Initiate, develop, implement and evaluate care plans.
 * Provide SPA service for all families with children aged 5‑19 years in the localities.
 * Support children and families through health, safeguarding and restorative supervision.
