Customer Success Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Remote
An award-winning organisation, who utilise class leading methods and tech to deliver insights and research for global organisations, is now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join.
In this role you'll be the primary contact point for clients where you will be responsible for managing, onboarding, and supporting them on a daily basis, as well as working closely with other internal teams to ensure delivery of service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling and management of existing client accounts, with a focus on retention and renewal
* Working with wider research and operational teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
* Deliver revenue expansion from existing clients by fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
* Leading new client activities, establishing KPIs and planning strategy for long-term contracts
About You:
* Ideally 5 + years in customer success or account management, with a proven understanding of research and insight, and how it can help companies make strategic/ critical business decisions
* Strong client management skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
* Experience and understanding of FMCG sector/clients is essential
