The role:
As a Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:
10. Negotiating offers and securing sales
11. Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
12. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
13. Arranging and attending viewings
14. Proactively calling out new instructions
15. Building strong relationships throughout the sales process
About you:
16. Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
17. Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
19. Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
20. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
21. Knowledge of the Wymondham market (desirable)
