Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team in Newport, Wales or alternatively in Hammersmith, London. Take a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across key EMEA regions—specifically Finland and Sweden.
As a Payroll Officer, you will own the end-to-end payroll cycle, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, data accuracy, and process excellence, all while supporting a global payroll strategy in a thriving, international environment.

You are a highly motivated payroll professional with a solid background in managing UK and international payrolls, particularly in the Nordics region.
You’re detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong grasp of payroll legislation and reporting requirements. You bring a proactive attitude, are a confident communicator, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Adaptability, ownership, and a passion for process improvement define your approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Run end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries (focus on Finland and Sweden).
2. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
3. Resolve payroll discrepancies by investigating inconsistencies and liaising with stakeholders.
4. Process benefits, pensions, and leave adjustments in a timely manner.
5. Ensure timely submissions of payroll reports and statutory filings.
6. Contribute to process improvements and support broader global payroll initiatives.
