We’re looking for a charming and relationship‑driven Weddings & Events Coordinator to help bring unforgettable celebrations to life at our iconic riverside boutique hotel The Mitre, Hampton Court.

From elegant weddings and milestone anniversaries to intimate engagement parties and stylish hen celebrations, you’ll guide couples and hosts through every detail with warmth, creativity and confidence — ensuring every event feels personal, polished and truly memorable.

The Signet Collection is a growing family of design-led boutique hotels in remarkable locations — where story, soul, and style come together. From riverside beauty at The Mitre in Hampton Court, to countryside calm at The Retreat at Elcot Park or The Barnsdale, Rutland, and our newest addition, The Alfriston in the South Downs, we’re building a collection of stays with character and ambition.

What you'll do:
* Respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and momentum.

* Host personalised show rounds that bring our spaces to life.
* Lead planning meetings, menu tastings and detail consultations.
* Produce clear function sheets and event briefs for operational teams.
* Build genuine relationships with couples and celebration hosts.
* Manage deposit schedules and payment terms via our Property Management System, Guestline.
* Upsell accommodation, dining and enhancements.
* Liaise confidently with suppliers: florists, entertainers, photographers and more.
