About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join our IT Services team. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional support, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Data & IT on technology delivery, system improvements, and security initiatives.
If you’re passionate about IT and colleague experience, this is your opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where your work truly matters. At Hesley Group, we put people first. We’re committed to always being the best we can be, setting high standards and striving for excellence in everything we do.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues while also contributing directly to projects, solution design, and the rollout of new technologies—particularly across Microsoft 365 and related platforms. The role will include some travel to other sites in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire so you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and making a real impact on how IT services support the wider organisation.
