Account Manager | Product Developer | Lancashire | £40,000 - £50,000
We're on the hunt for a strong-willed, pacey, and dynamic Product Developer & Account Manager to take ownership of a full product category while championing the wholesale business. You'll be the bridge between our brands and retail partners, ensuring that every product offering not only performs commercially but also tells the brand's story.
This is an exciting, high-responsibility role for an experienced professional who thrives on driving innovation, maximising commercial opportunities, building strong supplier and client relationships, and delivering results against tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead development for a defined product category, from concept through to final delivery.
2. Oversee the full product lifecycle, including design briefing, sample approvals, costing, production handover, and post-launch evaluation.
3. Drive product innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring ranges are relevant, competitive, and commercially strong.
4. Negotiate costings, lead times, and deliverables with suppliers to optimise margin, speed, and quality.
5. Conduct competitor analysis, range reviews, and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
