About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You are organized, capable of meeting service times, and thrive in autonomous planning. You follow recipes meticulously and are passionate about food, understanding the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. You communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues alike.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All team members must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
