AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We've been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.
We believe our work should always make a remarkable impact for our clients. We do this through our regional offices (or ‘Clubs') building strong relationships with our partners, so that they are always prioritised by a team within close proximity.
This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK, Europe and the USA with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years.

What You'll Bring To The Table
Refining data requirements into deliverable work items:
1. Working with SMEs to define the meaning of the data attributes, removing duplicates
2. Working with SMEs to identify the system of record for each data attribute
3. Working with SMEs to identify the strategic source, prioritising the use of data products.
4. Working with SMEs and documentation to validate the way of retrieving the data attribute from the strategic source system
5. Working with the OneView system and team members to identify existing data attributes in the destination that match those listed in the requirements. Any gaps compared against planned work. Any unplanned gaps ticketed in Jira.
6. Working with the strategic build team to identify the granular solution to implement the strategic data products iteratively and documenting the solution implementation steps, summarising the source and target per data attribute contained in the solution phase.
7. Guiding the prioritisation of strategic solution phases to deliver the most value iteratively based on current position of target and source system data
