Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-to-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Assist in planning and delivering creative, adapted learning activities
* Help modify classroom resources to suit diverse learning styles
* Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and participation
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and external professionals for consistent, holistic support
What We’re Looking For:
* A graduate or soon-to-be graduate (any discipline welcome)
* SEN experience is helpful but not essential
* A caring, patient, and proactive individual
* A strong communicator and team player with a genuine passion for supporting young people

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
