Role Overview:
Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are presently representing a global independent solar power producer in their search for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team on a 14-month maternity cover fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
1. As Legal Counsel, and reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Commercial, you will be responsible for driving legal strategy, and ensuring legal risk is effectively managed.
2. You will work in collaboration with local legal colleagues and business partners on a variety of legal matters and you will ensure compliance with global company policies and function-wide requirements, including legal panel management, shared technologies, and compliance frameworks.
3. You will be responsible for working with multiple business stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to all legal needs, managing the legal aspects of local energy projects and other transactional matters.
