We are working with a national contracting group who are experiencing a sustained period of growth and expansion within thier water and wastewater sector. They have secured a strong pipeline of future work within the North Wales geographical area and as such have an opening for a Project Manager to join their growing team. Projects included all aspects of water infrastructure from treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, MEICA and R&M. Duties and Responsibilities * Working with estimating teams on tenders * Developing and presenting project proposals * Meeting with clients to scope out requirements * Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales * Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients * Managing construction schedules and budgets * Attending site meetings to monitor progress * Acting as the main point of contact for clients and site on project * Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities * Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards * Overseeing final accounts at the end of a project Skills and Experience * Degree or HND qualified in Construction or Project Management. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. * Working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 * Experience of site/project management within civil engineering * Water experience desirable but not essential
