If so, we would love to hear from you!We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Support Worker to join our friendly and committed team at Cressex Road, a vibrant supported living service in High Wycombe.This a shared supported living house, home to six people aged between 34 and 91 years of age who each have their own en-suite room. The people we support attend a range of day services and community opportunities 3 to 5 days a week.What You will Do:As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible.
