About the role No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: providing administrative and secretarial support to the legal department. maintaining legal files coordination of the contract approval/signature process assisting the Legal Director with project work About you Above all, youre someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. Youll also have: secretarial experience in a legal office An adaptable attitude and be able to hit the ground running good organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise workload strong admin and office experience good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint a high level of attention to detail and accuracy great communication skills both verbal and written self-motivation and a willingness to learn something new. This role would suit someone with experience in a Legal Secretary role.
