£30k - £32k plus company incentive scheme
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
Fully office-based in Uxbridge
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting set weekly targets
* Order processing via phone & email
* Providing customer support via telephone, email and web chats.
* Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
* Upselling to new and existing customers
* Follow up and chase sample requests
* Taking incoming sales calls in absence of sales team
* Account management of key accounts
* Sending mailshots to existing and new customers
* Taking incoming sales calls
* Keeping up to date on all products and inform customers of new products
Key skills:
1. Previous experience in customer service and/ or experience in upselling products preferable
2. Ability to meet and exceed set weekly targets.
