Part-Time Receptionist Required
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist to join a prestigious manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Grantham. The location is easily commutable from Bingham, Grantham, and surrounding villages.
As the Receptionist you will be the face of a well-established business, welcoming visitors and supporting daily operations with administration.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 12:45pm
* Job share with an afternoon colleague
Flexibility is required, as you will occasionally cover the afternoon shift during holidays or absences.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing reception and ensuring a positive first impression
* Organising meeting rooms
* Controlling access to the site (letting visitors in and out)
* Providing general administrative support to the operations team
Candidate Requirements
* Well-presented and professional at all times
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Friendly, approachable, and reliable
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible to cover additional hours when required
