Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the flow of work through the site, making sure our customer expectations are met.
* Coordinating our team of technicians to move jobs through the shop efficiently, safely and within our SLAs.
* Liaising with both customers and the front of house team to ensure effective communication with our work providers and their customers.
* Monitoring H&S compliance across the workshop, creating a safe work environment for our team.
