Fire Stopping Supervisor (Working Supervisor)
Salary: £38,000-40,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced SSSTS Fire Stopping Supervisor to join a growing Passive Fire Protection team. This is a working supervisor role covering national projects across social housing (including HRBs), commercial buildings, and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise fire stopping operatives across a range of live projects.
* Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, and to specification.
* Carry out hands-on fire stopping works as required (working supervisor).
* Ensure high standards of workmanship in line with Passive Fire Protection requirements.
* Conduct quality checks, complete documentation, and liaise with clients and internal teams.
* Support the delivery of works across social housing, commercial, and healthcare projects.
Essential Requirements
1. Valid driving licence.
2. SSSTS (active).
3. NVQ Level 2 – Passive Fire Protection.
4. CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
