This boutique practice with a national reach and enviable client base runs a highly regarded employee share plans course and seeks an individual to manage the programme. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of course activities. You will manage key projects and shape the future of the course, both locally and internationally. Ideal candidates could be in the share plans or company secretarial space, or currently at a law firm or professional body or corporate learning organisation. Expertise in the delivery of educational courses would be an advantage but is not essential. Those with a PSL background as well as anyone with expertise in share plans, tax or corporate would also be of interest. You will play a pivotal part in shaping how industry professionals engage with employee share plan education across the UK & globally. Key responsibilities will include: Leading on the development, delivery & enhancement of the curriculum Manage all preparation, scheduling, and execution of course sessions Oversee all the aspects of operations, e.g. updating materials, rebranding, printing, liaising with students, alumni and relevant external parties. Liaise with the examiner and training providers Contribute subject matter expertise to the creation of exam papers Coordinate and deliver alumni events, award ceremonies etc. Collaborate with management, and CGI etc. on strategic initiatives and expansion Monitor trends, potential competitors, and new opportunities to ensure continued relevance and growth.
